Kristy Goodnough PT, MSPT, OCS, CMTPT — Physical Therapist
Biography
Kristy Goodnough, a Maryland native, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Movement/Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in 2002. She continued her education, graduating with Honors with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2004. Kristy started working with Potomac Valley in 2001 as a Physical Therapy Aide. After a few years in Colorado, she returned to the company in 2007 as a Physical Therapist at the Olney location. Kristy’s areas of specialties include board certification in orthopaedics, biomechanical evaluations and casting for custom foot orthotics, and dry needling as a Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist. Outside of work, Kristy and her husband enjoy time with their three children and dog as they balance life with sports, activities, and time for themselves.
