Dr. Zhang specializes in minimally invasive and motion-sparing spine surgery, as well as non-operative therapeutic options. He completed his spine surgery fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, the top U.S. orthopedic program and training institution, under leaders in minimally invasive, cervical, and complex spine surgery. He is committed to advancing the field with over 50 presentations, 25 journal publications, and numerous book chapters and technique guides. Additionally, he is a member of several national spine societies and reviewed articles for various spine journals.
Dr. Zhang is committed to working closely with his patients to select the best and least invasive solutions, and to provide compassionate, personalized care to everyone he treats.
