Potomac Valley Orthopaedic Associates has partnered with ProviderFlow to ensure the accurate and timely completion of medical record requests.
Patient medical records requests are handled in the following two ways:
- You may request a copy of your records to be sent directly to another medical office.
- You may request a copy of your medical records be sent directly to you.
